Bullhorn Automation now correctly validates candidate opt-out activity before sending “Candidate Opt-Out Failed” notifications. Previously, in rare cases, notifications were sent for candidates who had never attempted to opt out, creating unnecessary alerts. This fix eliminates false notifications that could lead recruiters to mistakenly mark candidates as opted out, making them unreachable for future communications.
